The PlaceWorks Scholarship Program is available to students in California who are pursuing a degree in architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, or environmental planning at any college in the state. Students from historically underrepresented groups, such as American Indian or Alaska Native, Arab/Middle Eastern, Asian, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, Veterans, disabled individuals, and/or first-generation college students are especially encouraged to apply.

Requirements
  • Resident of California
  • Undergraduate or graduate student
  • Seeking an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree full or parttime

  • Have unusual personal or family circumstances
