The PMHC Miriam Fastenau Memorial Scholarship is offered to dependents of employees of the Phelps Memorial Health Center (PMHC) for at least one year. Graduating seniors, high school graduates, or GED recipients whose coursework will lead to a certificate or degree in a medically related field of study are encouraged to apply.
