The Poling Family Memorial Scholarship supports Rappahannock County, Virginia, residents graduating from high school. Students who demonstrate community service are welcome to apply, particularly students studying fire science. If no students qualify in fire science, students studying culinary Arts will be considered; if no culinary arts students qualify, students studying theater or visual arts will be considered.
