  • This program is open to residents of Minnesota who are of Polish heritage.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college, university, or vocational/technical school in any state.
  • Preference is given to members of the Polish American Cultural Institute of Minnesota (PCIM).
  • Recipients are expected to volunteer at 1 PACIM event.
