Prairie Minuteman Scholarship provides financial assistance to dependents of members of the National Guard Association of Illinois (NGAI) who are interested in attending college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to dependents (children and spouses) of NGAI members in good standing.
  • Applicants may be high school seniors, high school graduates, or currentlyenrolled students at a college or university in any state.
  • They must submit a completed application form, official transcripts, 2 letters of recommendation, a verified copy of their ACT/SAT scores, and a 250word essay on their scholastic and professional goals and aspirations.
  • Financial need is also considered in the selection process.
