The Press Club of Dallas Foundation Scholarship is open to graduates of high schools within the DFW Metroplex area of Texas. Students enrolled in college and seeking a degree in a field of communications are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
  • Graduate of a high school within the DFW Metroplex area (Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise counties) of Texas
  • Completed at least 45 hours of collegiate coursework
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in a field of communications, print and broadcast journalism, public relations, or advertising
  • Exhibit leadership potential
  • Participate in extracurricular and work activities
  • Demonstrate financial need
