The Proverbs 23:26 Scholarship is available to graduates of Martin Luther College (or any other college of ministry operated by WELS), who are pursuing theological training through Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. Special consideration will be given to recipients of the Ephesians 4:11-13 Scholarship.
