Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating seniors and current full-time undergraduates who have at least 1 parent or legal guardian who is a dues-paying member in good standing of PSE; grandchildren may be eligible if they reside in the home of the PSE member for at least 6 months and are claimed as a dependent on the member's IRS tax return.
  • Applicants must be attending or planning to attend an accredited college, university, community college, or vocational/trade school in any state.
  • Selection is based on financial need (35 points), letters of recommendation (15 points), essays (10 points), activities (10 points), honors and awards (10 points), grammar and language (10 points), the general appearance of material (10 points), and GPA and transcripts (10 points).
