The R. Berl Elder Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to undergraduate students enrolled in an engineering program in Georgia. Students who have been employed by a member firm of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (ACEC Georgia). Special consideration is given to students who plan to pursue a career in consulting engineering.

Requirements

Employee or member of the American Council of Engineering Companies

Resident of Georgia

High school senior, college freshman, sophomore, or junior

Seeking a bachelor's degree

Studying engineering or engineering technology

Attend college or university in Georgia

Currently or previously employed by an ACEC Georgia member firm, including in a coop program, a full-time summer job, or afternoon work several days a week Preference is given to a student who is interested in a career in consulting engineering.
