The R. Paul Lightle Scholarship is available to students in the Bailey College of Engineering and Technology at Indiana State University who are preparing for a teaching career and have completed at least sixty credit hours. Students who demonstrate financial need and are working to support themselves are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to graduates of high schools in Allen, Fountain, or Parke counties in Indiana.
