Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Arkansas who are attending or entering a 2- or 4-year college, university, or trade/technical school in the state on at least a half-time basis.
  • Applicants enter online with their name, address, telephone number, and name of their educational institution.
  • Winners are selected at random.
  • Once selected, students must submit a 500word essay on an assigned topic.
  • The author of the essay judged to be most outstanding receives a renewable scholarship.
