The RADM David M. Goebel Leadership Award recognizes graduating seniors at New London High School, the Science and Technology Magnet High School of Southeastern Connecticut, or another technical high school. Students who demonstrate leadership and are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree on a full-time basis are encouraged to apply.
