The Ralph and Clara Betcher Scholarship is available to graduating seniors or past graduates of Mansfield or Waterville high schools in Washington. Students planning to attend a vocational, technical, or trade school OR studying for a degree at a community college in a trade or skill in Idaho, Oregon, or Washington are welcome to apply.
