The Randy Sugars Memorial Scholarship is available to current or past graduates of St. Clair High School in St. Clair, Michigan. Students who demonstrate a spirit of patriotism and exemplary citizenship through community involvement, volunteerism, military service, or support of military families are welcome to apply. Recipients are chosen for their character, service, and commitment to community.
