The Raoul Teilhet Scholarship is available to high school seniors and current college students who have completed one full semester of college and are children or dependents of CFT members, and the parent or guardian must be a member of an AFT local union in California. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.
