The Rashaun “Tweet” Harris Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to Black and African-American students attending Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) students who are members of the football team. Students continuing their associate degree at SRJC or students planning to transfer to a 4-year university seeking a bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.
