The Raven Ridge Scholarship is available to undergraduate students in Vermont who are interested in preparing for a career in social work or early childhood education at an accredited school located within Vermont and approved for federal Title IV funding. Students who exhibit a strong educational, work ethic, and financial need are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students pursuing social work as well as to past Raven Ridge Scholarship recipients.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3.00 GPA
  • Resident of Vermont
  • High school senior, undergraduate student, on academic break, or not currently enrolled
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree fulltime
  • Studying social work or early childhood education
  • Attend an accredited school located within Vermont and approved for federal Title IV funding
  • Plan to pursue a career either in social work or early childhood education in Vermont
  • U.S. citizen or FAFSAeligible non-citizen
  • Demonstrate education/work ethic
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students pursuing social work as well as to past Raven Ridge Scholarship recipients.
