The Ray Ruybalid Memorial Scholarship is offered to graduating seniors who are residents of Phelps County in Nebraska. Students must have participated in the Holdrege High School’s tennis program during senior year for consideration. Students who exhibit good sportsmanship, a strong work ethic, and good character are encouraged to apply.
