The Raymond F. Burmester Endowment for Scholastic Achievement Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Northumberland High School in Heathsville, Virginia. Applicants who have demonstrated academic achievement and plan to attend a 4-year college or university are welcome to apply. Students receiving an athletic scholarship are ineligible to apply. Students must be nominated by the principal or guidance department.
