The Raymond F. Burmester Endowment for Scholastic Achievement Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Northumberland High School in Heathsville, Virginia. Students who have demonstrated academic achievement and plan to attend a 4-year college or university are eligible for nomination by the principal or guidance department.
