Red Pine Scholars scholarship provides financial assistance for college in any state to high school seniors and recent graduates in Massachusetts who come from low- or middle-income families.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Massachusetts and recent graduates of those high schools who are entering a 4-year college or university in any state as full-time students.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or noncitizens eligible to receive federal financial aid, including DACA students.

They must be able to demonstrate financial need with an expected family contribution (based on their FAFSA) of less than $5,000 and a family income of less than $80,000.

Selection is based on financial need; academic record; involvement in a balance of community, school, and work activities; and ability to articulate goals and future plans.
