Redstone Arsenal Military and Civilians' Club Merit Scholarship provides financial assistance to families of members of the Redstone Arsenal Military and Civilians' Club (RSAMCC) who are interested in attending college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to full-year RSAMCC members and their spouses and dependents.
  • Applicant's sponsor (for spouses) or parent (for children) must reside with the applicant and belong to 1 of the following categories: armed forces personnel (active/reserve) or civil service employee assigned to, attached to, living on, or residing in the vicinity of the Redstone Arsenal community or the greater Tennessee Valley area; armed forces personnel (active/reserve) or civil service employee currently serving an unaccompanied short tour from and returning to Redstone Arsenal; retired military personnel residing in the Redstone Arsenal community or the greater Tennessee Valley area; or Gold Star family members of deceased military personnel residing in the Redstone Arsenal community or the greater Tennessee Valley area.
  • They may be graduating high school seniors, current fulltime college students or military spouses enrolled full or part-time in college.
  • They must also submit a 500word essay on the ways they think the Redstone Arsenal community can support the military and their families.
