The Refugio Rodriguez and Pete Alleman Scholarship provides financial assistance for college in any state to current and former National Guard soldiers and airmen who are members of the Enlisted Association of the New Mexico National Guard and to their dependents. High school seniors and undergraduate students are welcome to apply.
