The Ren H. Rice Scholarship supports residents of Spokane County, Washington, under the age of 21. Students in foster care, guardianship, group homes, emancipated minors not in the care of their parents, or those who have been in foster care for most of their lives with little to no contact with their biological parents are encouraged to apply. Students with physical disabilities are also welcome to apply.
