The Ren H. Rice Scholarship supports residents of Spokane County, Washington under the age of 21. Students who are in foster care, guardianship, group homes, emancipated minors not in the care of their parents, or students in foster care for the majority of their lives with no contact with their biological parents for a significant time are encouraged to apply. Students with physical disabilities are also welcome to apply.
