The Reuben H. Fleet Memorial Scholarship is available to students who are enrolled at an accredited 4-year university in San Diego County, California, or to San Diego County residents who are enrolled full-time at an accredited 4-year university in the U.S. or an accredited community college and who have been accepted for transfer to a 4-year university. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or math are eligible to apply.
