The Reverend Addie L. Wyatt Junior College Scholarship is available to a woman, underrepresented, or minority community college student who resides in Illinois or attends college or university in Illinois and member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) Chicago. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in the transportation field, including engineering, STEM, social sciences, and business administration, encompassing civil, construction, environmental, mechanical, and electrical areas are eligible to apply.
