The Rhode Island Federation of Garden Clubs Life Member Group Scholarship is offered to Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts residents who are pursuing a degree in environmental studies or a related field. Undergraduate juniors and seniors as well as graduate students are welcome to apply.
