The Richard & Patricia Hazel Scholarship supports graduating seniors from underrepresented groups attending public high schools in Somerset, Wicomico, or Worcester counties, Maryland. Students planning to pursue a degree in education, nursing, or a STEM field and who are seeking an associate, or bachelor’s degree are welcome to apply.
