The Richard A. Meyer Memorial Scholarship is offered to graduating high school seniors from Winnebago County in Wisconsin who are seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in fire science, paramedic/EMT, or police science. Students who are children of law enforcement officers are eligible to apply.
