The Richard and Edith Robbins Memorial Scholarship supports residents from the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge service region, which includes the cities of Staunton and Waynesboro, and the counties of Augusta, Highland, and Nelson in Virginia. Students who demonstrate financial need and who are preparing for a future career in education or the electrical trades are welcome to apply.
