The Richard E. and Nancy S. Raschke Engineering Scholarship supports graduating seniors from high schools in Crook, Deschutes, or Jefferson counties in Oregon as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll at a four-year college or university while studying aeronautical, chemical, civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering are encouraged to apply.
