The Richard J. Brett Memorial Scholarship is available to students in good standing in the Honors College at Indiana State University whose plans for international travel will significantly supplement their academic goals. Special consideration is given to students who integrate study abroad with their academic goals, intend to participate in an accredited study abroad program, and demonstrate foreign language proficiency.
