Richard L. Davis Managers Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) who are currently employed in medical group management and wish to pursue professional development on the undergraduate or graduate level.

Requirements
  • This program is open to MGMA members who want to pursue professional development through undergraduate or graduate education in a program relevant to medical practice management, including public health, business administration, health care administration, or other related areas.
  • Professionals interested in studying medicine, physical therapy, nursing, or other clinicallyrelated professions are not eligible.
  • Applicants must submit a letter describing their career goals and objectives related to medical practice management; a resume; 3 reference letters commenting on their performance, character, potential to succeed, and need for scholarship support; and either documentation indicating acceptance into an undergraduate or graduate college or university or academic transcripts indicating undergraduate or graduate work completed to date.
