The Richard L. “Dick” and Helen S. Shell Scholarship program supports graduates of Northmont High School in Ohio. Applicants will be reviewed for their participation in extracurricular activities, community service, and work. Students who plan to seek a bachelor's degree in education are eligible to apply. Special consideration will be given to students who plan to teach language arts.
