The Richard P. Coon Memorial STEM Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors of Highland High School in Monterey, Virginia. Students who have demonstrated academic merit and financial need, and who intend to pursue a STEM-related (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) degree at a 2- or 4-year college or university are welcome to apply.
