Requirements

This program is open to U.S. citizens who are licensed radio amateurs of any class who are enrolled at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must be majoring in a field of STEM. Along with their application, they must submit an essay on the role amateur radio has played in their lives and provide documentation of financial need.
