The Richards Family Memorial Scholarship supports first-time, continuing, or transfer students attending California State University, Chico, College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Construction Management. Special consideration is given to students with high financial need who are first-generation, from migrant farm worker or foster care backgrounds, or reentry students, and who demonstrate resilience, leadership, and a commitment to serving others.
