The Richardson Family Scholarship is available to a graduating high school senior or first year college student who is related to a member of American Legion District 6, Elks – Broken Bow area, Masonic Custer Lodge #148 – Broken Bow, United Postmaster and Mangers of America, or VFW District 11. It is also available to a GED recipient, graduating high school senior, or first year college student who has received services from CEDARS. Additionally, students accepted to Cottey College in Nevada, Missouri, and sponsored by a Nebraska P.E.O. Chapter are welcome to apply.
