The Rick H. Spear Memorial Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen pursuing a degree in health and safety, nursing, pre-med, or life sciences at Indiana State University. Special consideration is given to graduates of Vigo County high schools, followed by graduates of any high school in Indiana.
