The Rick Oehme Memorial Scholarship program is open to students enrolled at a trade or vocational school in the U.S. Students who are passionate about their field of study are encouraged to apply. Graduating high school seniors and those enrolled in an aviation certificate or 2-year degree program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona or Daytona Beach, Florida receive special consideration.
