The Rick Williams Memorial Scholarship program supports students who have graduated from Attica, Covington, Fountain Central, or Seeger high schools and reside in either Fountain or Warren counties in Indiana. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. Special consideration may be given to children or grandchildren of employers of Old National Bank in Fountain or Warren counties in Indiana.
