The Ricky J. Bell Memorial Book Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate financial need. Students planning to attend an HBCU are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to Tampa Bay Technical High School students, followed by Hillsborough County Public Schools students, who plan to attend Bethune-Cookman University or Clark Atlanta University.
