The Robert A. Hawkins Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors of Upper Arlington High School in Upper Arlington, Ohio who are pursuing a degree in a foreign language. Students who have completed four years of the same foreign language in high school are welcome to apply. This scholarship was established to honor the memory of Robert Hawkins and his passion for learning foreign languages.
