The Robert and Luke Goss Business Scholarship is open to students enrolled full time in the College of Business and Economic Development at The University of Southern Mississippi. Members and pledges of Delta Tau Delta fraternity receive first priority. Children and grandchildren of Delta Tau Delta members and former members receive second priority.
