The Robert and Ruthie Melzer Scholarship is offered to a graduating senior or a graduate from Neenah High School in Wisconsin, or a GED recipient who wishes to pursue a degree in college or university. Students who participate in church or attend a camp that builds their character and leadership are encouraged to apply.
