The Robert C. Smith Scholarship supports students at Montana State University Norm Asbjornson College of Engineering. Juniors with academic merit who are contributing members of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) or the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) student chapters, and are pursuing a bachelor's degree full-time in the Department of Civil Engineering, are welcome to apply.
