The Robert E. Hurley Memorial Scholarship supports graduating seniors or graduates of Stateline Area high schools. Students pursuing a degree in criminal justice are encouraged to apply, with special consideration given to dependents of active Beloit police officers.

  • Studying criminal justice Preference is given to dependents of active Beloit police officers.
