The Robert E. Nedley Endowed Scholarship is available to undergraduate students at the Panama City campus of Florida State University. Students seeking a bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students based on their location in Florida in the following order: Port St. Joe, Wewahitchka, Gulf County, Franklin County, Bay County, Northwest Florida, and any Florida resident, as well as students pursuing a degree within the College of Business and U.S. citizens.
