The Robert J. Carlon Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Bear Lake Schools in Michigan. Students who demonstrate financial need and have exhibited leadership qualities in the classroom and in extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.

  • Exhibit academic achievement and leadership abilities Manistee County Community Foundation staff and their family members are not eligible to apply. Advisory committee members involved in the scholarship selection process and their immediate family members are not eligible to receive a scholarship from that fund. Donors and related parties are not eligible to receive a scholarship from funds that they established.
