The Robert L. Howard, Jr. Scholarship recognizes residents from the 42 approved towns in Connecticut. This scholarship is available to students who demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, and participation in community service. Students seeking a bachelor's degree on a full-time basis are welcome to apply. Candidates who ride motocross and/or are members (or children of members) of the Central Cycle Club in Central Village, Connecticut receive special consideration.
