The Robert L. Howard, Jr. Scholarship supports residents from the 42 approved towns in Connecticut who participate in community service. Students seeking a bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. Candidates who ride motocross and/or are members (or children of members) of the Central Cycle Club in Central Village, Connecticut receive special consideration.
