The Robert V. and Ruby Mae Smith Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from John Marshall, Oklahoma Centennial, Harding Charter Prep, Classen SAS at Northeast, Douglass, or Millwood high schools in Oklahoma. Students planning to attend a vocational or technical school, or a 2- or 4- year college or university in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students pursuing a career in medical technology. Financial needs may be considered in the event of a tie.
